darbhādibhiḥ parivṛtaṃ madhyapadmārkamaṃḍalam | somamaṇḍalamadhyasthaṃ dhyāyedvai vahnimaṃḍalam

ദർഭാദികളാൽ ചുറ്റപ്പെട്ട, മദ്ധ്യേ പദ്മരൂപ സൂര്യമണ്ഡലം ധ്യാനിക്കണം; കൂടാതെ ചന്ദ്രമണ്ഡലത്തിന്റെ മദ്ധ്യസ്ഥ അഗ്നിമണ്ഡലവും ധ്യാനിക്കണം।
