यः समाचरते विघ्नं तमाहुर्ब्रह्मगातकम् । पिशुनः सर्वलोकानां छिद्रान्वेषणतत्परः
yaḥ samācarate vighnaṃ tamāhurbrahmagātakam | piśunaḥ sarvalokānāṃ chidrānveṣaṇatatparaḥ
അറിഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട് തടസ്സം സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നവനെ ബ്രഹ്മഗാതകൻ എന്നു വിളിക്കുന്നു. കൂടാതെ പരദോഷം പറഞ്ഞുനടക്കുന്നവനായി, എല്ലാവരുടെയും പിഴവുകൾ തേടുന്നതിൽ സദാ തത്പരനായിരിക്കുന്നവനും അത്തരത്തിലേയാണ്.
