प्रत्यग्निं प्रति सूर्यं च प्रति गां व्रतिनं प्रति । प्रति सोमोदकं सन्ध्यां प्रज्ञा नश्यति मेहतः
pratyagniṃ prati sūryaṃ ca prati gāṃ vratinaṃ prati | prati somodakaṃ sandhyāṃ prajñā naśyati mehataḥ
പവിത്ര അഗ്നി, സൂര്യൻ, പശു, വ്രതസ്ഥൻ, സോമോദകം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സന്ധ്യാവന്ദനം എന്നിവയുടെ നേരെ മുഖം വെച്ച് മൂത്രവിസർജനം ചെയ്താൽ അവന്റെ വിവേക-പ്രജ്ഞ നശിക്കും എന്നു പറയുന്നു।
