उभे मूत्रपुरीषे तु दिवा कुर्यादुदङ्मुखः । दक्षिणाभिमुखो रात्रौ ह्येवमायुर्न रिष्यते
ubhe mūtrapurīṣe tu divā kuryādudaṅmukhaḥ | dakṣiṇābhimukho rātrau hyevamāyurna riṣyate
മൂത്രവും മലവിസർജനവും പകൽ ഉത്തരമുഖമായി, രാത്രി ദക്ഷിണമുഖമായി ചെയ്യണം। ഇങ്ങനെ ചെയ്താൽ ആയുസ്സിനും പ്രാണശക്തിക്കും ഹാനി വരികയില്ല।
