मनसा कर्मणा वाचा कृच्छ्राद्वार्ता प्रसिध्यति । लोभोऽधृतिः शिवं त्यक्त्वा धर्माणां संकरस्तथा
manasā karmaṇā vācā kṛcchrādvārtā prasidhyati | lobho'dhṛtiḥ śivaṃ tyaktvā dharmāṇāṃ saṃkarastathā
മനസ്സാൽ, കർമത്താൽ, വാക്കാൽ ഉപജീവനം വലിയ കഷ്ടത്തോടെയാണ് സാധ്യമാകുന്നത്. ലോഭവും ധൈര്യക്കുറവും—ശിവനെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച്—ധർമ്മങ്ങളുടെ സംകരവും ആശയക്കുഴപ്പവും വരുത്തുന്നു.
