नक्षत्रमण्डलं कृत्स्नमुपरिष्टात्प्रकाशते । चतुर्दश चार्बुदान्यप्यशीतिः सरितांपतिः
nakṣatramaṇḍalaṃ kṛtsnamupariṣṭātprakāśate | caturdaśa cārbudānyapyaśītiḥ saritāṃpatiḥ
അതിന്റെ മുകളിൽ സമഗ്രമായ നക്ഷത്രമണ്ഡലം പ്രകാശിച്ച് ദൃശ്യമാകുന്നു. അതിന്റെ അളവ് പതിനാലു അർബുദവും എൺപതും എന്നു—സരിതകളുടെ അധിപൻ (വരുണൻ) വർണ്ണിക്കുന്നു।
