इति जपः । स्वर्णपत्राणि नियुतं योजनानां सहस्रकम् । पुष्करं ज्वलदा भाति तच्चिह्नं द्वीपपुष्करम्
iti japaḥ | svarṇapatrāṇi niyutaṃ yojanānāṃ sahasrakam | puṣkaraṃ jvaladā bhāti taccihnaṃ dvīpapuṣkaram
ഇതി ജപഃ। സ്വർണ്ണപത്രങ്ങളുള്ള താമര അഗ്നിപോലെ ജ്വലിച്ച് സഹസ്ര യോജന വ്യാപ്തിയിൽ പ്രകാശിക്കുന്നു; അതേ ചിഹ്നം കൊണ്ടാണ് അത് ‘പുഷ്കരദ്വീപം’ എന്നു പ്രസിദ്ധം।
