न चित्रमत्र भूदेव भवमाया दुरत्यया । तया संमोहिताः सर्वे नावयंत्यपि तं परम्
na citramatra bhūdeva bhavamāyā duratyayā | tayā saṃmohitāḥ sarve nāvayaṃtyapi taṃ param
ഹേ ഭൂദേവാ! ഇതിൽ അത്ഭുതമൊന്നുമില്ല; ഭവൻ (ശിവൻ) എന്നവന്റെ മായ ദുർലഘ്യമാണ്. ആ മായയിൽ മോഹിതരായ എല്ലാവരും ആ പരമതത്ത്വത്തെയും ഗ്രഹിക്കുവാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല.
