स सर्वगोपि नेक्ष्येत स्वात्मारामो महेश्वरः । देववद्बुध्यते मूढैरतीतो यो मनोगिराम्
sa sarvagopi nekṣyeta svātmārāmo maheśvaraḥ | devavadbudhyate mūḍhairatīto yo manogirām
ആ മഹേശ്വരൻ സർവ്വാവരണങ്ങളാൽ മറഞ്ഞതിനാൽ ദൃശ്യമല്ല; അവൻ സ്വാത്മയിൽ തന്നെ രമിക്കുന്നു. മൂഢർ അവനെ വെറും ‘ദേവൻ’ എന്നു കരുതുന്നു; എന്നാൽ അവൻ മനസ്സിനും വാക്കിനും അതീതൻ.
