कैलासाख्यं गतः शैलं प्रणामाय महेशितुः । तिष्ठ तिष्ठेत्यसौ प्रोक्तो नन्दिना वानरोत्तमः
kailāsākhyaṃ gataḥ śailaṃ praṇāmāya maheśituḥ | tiṣṭha tiṣṭhetyasau prokto nandinā vānarottamaḥ
മഹേശ്വരനെ പ്രണാമം ചെയ്യാൻ അവൻ കൈലാസം എന്ന പർവ്വതത്തിലേക്കു പോയി. അപ്പോൾ വാനരശ്രേഷ്ഠനോടു നന്ദി—“നിർത്തു, നിർത്തു!” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു।
