मार्कण्डेय उवाच । नारायणविवाहस्य यज्ञस्य च युधिष्ठिर । तपसस्तस्य देवस्य सम्यगाचरणस्य च
mārkaṇḍeya uvāca | nārāyaṇavivāhasya yajñasya ca yudhiṣṭhira | tapasastasya devasya samyagācaraṇasya ca
മാർക്കണ്ഡേയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ യുധിഷ്ഠിരാ! നാരായണന്റെ വിവാഹവും ആ യജ്ഞവും സംബന്ധിച്ചും, ആ ദിവ്യന്റെ തപസ്സും നിർമലമായ ആചരണവും സംബന്ധിച്ചും (കേൾക്കുക).
