द्विज उवाच । न विचारस्त्वया कार्यः कृता यज्ञा न संशयः । यदि वेदाः प्रमाणं तं भुवि देवा द्विजास्तथा
dvija uvāca | na vicārastvayā kāryaḥ kṛtā yajñā na saṃśayaḥ | yadi vedāḥ pramāṇaṃ taṃ bhuvi devā dvijāstathā
ദ്വിജൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“ഇതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് നിങ്ങൾ വിചാരിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല; യജ്ഞങ്ങൾ സംശയമില്ലാതെ നിർവഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. വേദങ്ങൾ തന്നെ പ്രമാണമെങ്കിൽ, ഭൂമിയിൽ ദേവന്മാരും ബ്രാഹ്മണന്മാരും ആ സത്യത്തിന്റെ സാക്ഷികളാണ്।”
