देवा ऊचुः । प्रसादः क्रियतां शम्भो पिङ्गलस्यामयाविनः । यथा हि नीरुजः कायो हविषां ग्रहणक्षमः । पुनर्भवति पिङ्गस्तु तथा कुरु महेश्वर
devā ūcuḥ | prasādaḥ kriyatāṃ śambho piṅgalasyāmayāvinaḥ | yathā hi nīrujaḥ kāyo haviṣāṃ grahaṇakṣamaḥ | punarbhavati piṅgastu tathā kuru maheśvara
ദേവന്മാർ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ശംഭോ! രോഗബാധിതനായ പിംഗലനോട് പ്രസാദം കാണിക്കണമേ; അവന്റെ ശരീരം നിരോഗമായി വീണ്ടും ഹവി സ്വീകരിക്കാൻ യോഗ്യമാകട്ടെ. ഹേ മഹേശ്വരാ! പിംഗലനെ മുൻപുപോലെ ആക്കണമേ.
