युधिष्ठिर उवाच । कोऽसौ द्विजवरश्रेष्ठ चाणक्यो नाम नामतः । शुक्लतीर्थस्य यो वेत्ता नान्यो वेत्ता हि कश्चन
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | ko'sau dvijavaraśreṣṭha cāṇakyo nāma nāmataḥ | śuklatīrthasya yo vettā nānyo vettā hi kaścana
യുധിഷ്ഠിരൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ ദ്വിജവരശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! ‘ചാണക്യൻ’ എന്ന നാമത്തിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധനായ ആ വ്യക്തി ആരാണ്? ശുക്ലതീർത്ഥം അറിയുന്നവൻ അവൻ തന്നെയെന്നും, മറ്റാരും അറിയില്ലെന്നും കേൾക്കുന്നു.
