कुरुक्षेत्रं त्यजध्वं च पुत्रदारसमन्विताः । त्यक्त्वोदीचीं दिशं सर्वे यामो याम्यामनुत्तमाम्
kurukṣetraṃ tyajadhvaṃ ca putradārasamanvitāḥ | tyaktvodīcīṃ diśaṃ sarve yāmo yāmyāmanuttamām
പുത്രന്മാരും ഭാര്യമാരും കൂടെ കുരുക്ഷേത്രം വിട്ടുകളയുവിൻ. ഉത്തരദിശ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ച് നാം എല്ലാവരും ആ അനുത്തമ ദക്ഷിണദിശയിലേക്കു പോകാം.
