यत्रेच्छति जगत्यस्मिंस्तत्रैव जलदर्शनम् । विना कुम्भादिकं पाणौ जलसञ्चयधारणम्
yatrecchati jagatyasmiṃstatraiva jaladarśanam | vinā kumbhādikaṃ pāṇau jalasañcayadhāraṇam
ഈ ലോകത്തിൽ അവൻ എവിടെ ഇച്ഛിക്കുമോ അവിടെയേ ജലം ദൃശ്യമാകുന്നു. കുംഭം മുതലായ പാത്രങ്ങളില്ലാതെ തന്നെ കൈയിൽ ജലം ശേഖരിച്ച് ധരിക്കാനും കഴിയും.

It illustrates extraordinary yogic capacity—water appearing wherever willed and being held without a vessel—yet, in the Shaiva Siddhanta spirit, such siddhis are secondary; the higher aim is liberation through Shiva’s grace and the cutting of pāśa (bondage).
Water is central to Shiva-linga abhiṣeka; the verse highlights mastery over the element of water, reminding devotees that true efficacy in Linga worship comes from devotion and purity, not from display of miraculous power.
It points to disciplined yoga and dhāraṇā (concentration) that can yield elemental mastery; for practice, keep it grounded in Shaiva devotion—japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and reverent abhiṣeka with water, without craving siddhis.
