विष्णोर्दर्शनं स्तुतिश्च

Viṣṇu’s Manifestation and Brahmā’s Hymn

भक्ताधीनौ च तौ तात सुविज्ञेयौ शिवाशिवौ । स्वेच्छया सगुणौ जातौ परब्रह्मस्वरूपिणौ

bhaktādhīnau ca tau tāta suvijñeyau śivāśivau | svecchayā saguṇau jātau parabrahmasvarūpiṇau

ഹേ പ്രിയനേ! ശിവനും ശിവയും (ശക്തി) ഇരുവരും ഭക്താധീനരാണെന്ന് നന്നായി അറിയുക. പരബ്രഹ്മസ്വരൂപികളായിട്ടും ഭക്തർ സമീപിച്ച് ആരാധിക്കുവാൻ അവർ സ്വേച്ഛയാൽ സഗുണരൂപമായി പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെടുന്നു।
