स सूर्यस्य रश्मिभिः परि व्यत तन्तुं तन्वानस्त्रिवृतं यथा विदे । नयन्नृतस्य प्रशिषो नवीयसीः पतिर्जनीनामुप याति निष्कृतम् ॥
sá sū́ryasya raśmí-bhiḥ pári vyata tántuṃ tanvānáḥ tri-vṛ́taṃ yáthā vidé | náyan ṛtásya prá-śiṣo navī́yasīḥ pátir jánīnām úpa yāti niḥ-kṛtám ||
അവൻ സൂര്യന്റെ രശ്മികളാൽ ചുറ്റും നെയ്യുന്നു, തന്തുവിനെ ത്രിവൃതമായി നീട്ടിക്കൊണ്ട്—യഥാ വിദേ, സമ്യക് ജ്ഞാനത്തിനായി. ഋതത്തിന്റെ നിത്യ-നവീന പ്രശിഷങ്ങളെ നയിച്ച്, ജനികളുടെ പതി നിഷ്കൃതം—വ്യക്തമായ മോചിത ദ്വാരം—അരികിലേക്ക് വരുന്നു.
