Sukta 6.33
त्वं ताँ इन्द्रोभयाँ अमित्रान्दासा वृत्राण्यार्या च शूर । वधीर्वनेव सुधितेभिरत्कैरा पृत्सु दर्षि नृणां नृतम ॥
tvaṃ tāṃ indrobháyāṃ amitrā́n dāsā́ vṛtrā́ṇy āryā́ ca śūra | vadhīr vaneva su-dhitebhir atkair ā pṛtsu darṣi nṛṇāṃ nṛ-tamam ||
ഹേ ശൂര ഇന്ദ്രാ, നീ ഇരുവിധ ശത്രുക്കളെയും വധിച്ചു—ദാസ തടസ്സക്കാരെയും, ആര്യരുടെ പ്രതിരോധങ്ങളെയും പോലും. നന്നായി മൂർച്ചപ്പെടുത്തിയ കോടാലികളുള്ള വനവെട്ടുകാരനെപ്പോലെ നീ അവരെ വെട്ടിമാറ്റി; യുദ്ധങ്ങളിൽ നീ മനുഷ്യരിൽ നൃതമ—ഏറ്റവും പുരുഷാർത്ഥവാൻ—എന്നായി ദൃശ്യമാകുന്നു.
