Sukta 5.44
यादृगेव ददृशे तादृगुच्यते सं छायया दधिरे सिध्रयाप्स्वा । महीमस्मभ्यमुरुषामुरु ज्रयो बृहत्सुवीरमनपच्युतं सहः ॥
yādṛ́g evá dadṛ́śe tā́dṛg ucyate sáṃ chāyáyā dadhire sidhráyā ap-sv ā́ | mahī́m asmábhyam uruṣā́m urú jráyo bṛhát suvī́ram anapacyútam sáhaḥ ||
യാദൃഗേവ ദദൃശേ താദൃഗുച്യതേ—അവൻ എങ്ങനെ കാണപ്പെടുന്നുവോ അങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാണ് അവനെ പറയുന്നത്; അപ്സു, ജലങ്ങളിൽ, ഛായയാൽ, സിധ്രയാ, അവർ അവനെ ഒരുമിച്ച് ധരിച്ചു. അസ്മഭ്യം മഹീം—ഞങ്ങൾക്കായി മഹത്ത്വത്തെ വിശാലമാക്കുക: ഉരുഷാ—വ്യാപക സംരക്ഷണത്തോടെ—ഉരു ജ്രയഃ—വ്യാപക വേഗബലത്തോടെ—ബൃഹത് സുവീരം—ഉന്നതം, വീരസമ്പന്നം—അനപച്യുതം സഹഃ—അചലമായ, അച്യുതമായ ശക്തി.
