Sukta 5.30
सुपेशसं माव सृजन्त्यस्तं गवां सहस्रै रुशमासो अग्ने । तीव्रा इन्द्रमममन्दुः सुतासोऽक्तोर्व्युष्टौ परितक्म्यायाः ॥
supéśasaṃ mā́v sṛjánty ástaṃ gávāṃ sahásrai ruśámāso agne | tīvrā́ índram amamanduḥ sutā́so ’któ̄r vyùṣṭau páritakmyāyāḥ ||
ഹേ അഗ്നേ, രുശമാക്കൾ എന്നെ സുന്ദരരൂപം ഇല്ലാതെ വീട്ടിലേക്കയക്കുന്നില്ല—ആയിരങ്ങളായ ഗവാം (കിരണങ്ങൾ/ധനങ്ങൾ) സഹിതം (അയക്കുന്നു). ശക്തിയായി പിഴിഞ്ഞ സോമരസങ്ങൾ ഇന്ദ്രനെ അത്യന്തം ആനന്ദിപ്പിച്ചു—ചുറ്റി ഓടുന്ന പരിതക്മ്യാ-രാത്രിയുടെ വ്യൂഷ്ടി-ഉഷസ്സിൽ.
