जानन्ति वृष्णो अरुषस्य शेवमुत ब्रध्नस्य शासने रणन्ति । दिवोरुचः सुरुचो रोचमाना इळा येषां गण्या माहिना गीः ॥
jānanti vṛ́ṣṇo aruṣásya śévam utá bradhnásya śā́sane raṇanti | divó-rúcaḥ su-rúcaḥ rۆcamānā íḷā yéṣāṃ gáṇyā mā́hinā gī́ḥ ||
അവർ ശക്തനായ അരുഷ (രുദ്ര/രക്തിമ)ന്റെ മംഗളകരമായ ആനന്ദം അറിയുന്നു; ബ്രധ്ന (പ്രകാശമാന)ന്റെ ഭരണത്തിൽ അവർ മുഴങ്ങുന്നു. ദിവ്യപ്രകാശങ്ങൾ—സുതേജസ്സോടെ, യുക്തമായ ദീപ്തിയാൽ ദീപ്തിമാനമായി—തങ്ങളുടെ വെളിച്ചം വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; മഹിമയാൽ ‘ഗീḥ’ (വാക്ക്/സ്തുതി) ആഹ്വാനയോഗ്യമാകുന്നവരിൽ, ‘ഇളാ’ (അന്തരാർപ്പണം/അർപ്പണബോധം) ഉണരുന്നവരിൽ.
