अवः परेण पितरं यो अस्यानुवेद पर एनावरेण । कवीयमानः क इह प्र वोचद्देवं मनः कुतो अधि प्रजातम् ॥
Transliteration
aváḥ páreṇa pitáraṁ yó asyā́nuvéda pará enā́váreṇa | kavīyámānaḥ ká ihá prá vocad deváṁ mánaḥ kútó ádhi prajā́tam ||
Translation
ദൂരെയുള്ള താഴെയിലും സമീപമുള്ള മുകളിലും നിന്ന്—ഇതിന്റേ പിതാവിനെ ആര് അറിയുന്നു? കവിയായി മാറി ഇവിടെ ആര് പ്രസ്താവിക്കും: ദേവമനസ് എവിടെ നിന്ന്, ഏത് ആധാരത്തിൽ അധിഷ്ഠിതമായി, ജനിച്ചു?
