स्तुषे सा वां वरुण मित्र रातिर्गवां शता पृक्षयामेषु पज्रे । श्रुतरथे प्रियरथे दधानाः सद्यः पुष्टिं निरुन्धानासो अग्मन् ॥
stuṣé sā́ vāṁ varuṇa mitra rātír gávāṁ śatā́ pṛkṣáyāmeṣu pajré | śrutárathe priyárathe dádhānāḥ sadyáḥ puṣṭíṁ nirundhānā́so agman ||
ഹേ വരുണനും മിത്രനും, നിങ്ങളുടെ ആ ദാനത്തെ ഞാൻ സ്തുതിക്കുന്നു—പജ്രർ വളർച്ചയുടെ മത്സരത്തിൽ നേടിയ, പ്രകാശമുള്ള പശുക്കൾ—കിരണങ്ങൾ—നൂറുകളായി. ശ്രുതരഥവും പ്രിയരഥവും വഹിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് അവർ വന്നു; ഉടൻ തന്നെ പുഷ്ടിയും പരിപൂർണ്ണതയും ഉറപ്പാക്കി.
