यमश्विना ददथुः श्वेतमश्वमघाश्वाय शश्वदित्स्वस्ति । तद्वां दात्रं महि कीर्तेन्यं भूत्पैद्वो वाजी सदमिद्धव्यो अर्यः ॥
yám aśvinā dádathuḥ śvetám aśvám aghā́śvāya śáśvad ít svastí | tád vāṃ dātráṃ máhi kīrtényam bhūt paidvó vājī sádham íd dhávyó aryáḥ ||
ഹേ അശ്വിന്മാരേ, അഘാശ്വനു ശാശ്വത സ്വസ്തിക്കായി നിങ്ങൾ ശ്വേത അശ്വം ദത്തുവെച്ചു. നിങ്ങളുടെ ആ ദാനം മഹത്തും കീർത്തനീയവും ആയി; അതിനാൽ പൈദ്വ—ബലത്തിൽ ജയിക്കുന്ന വാജി—സദാ ഹവ്യം അർപ്പിക്കുന്നവൻ, ആർയ (ഉദാത്ത) പുരുഷൻ ആയി. ഞങ്ങൾക്കും ആ ‘ശ്വേത അശ്വം’—ശുദ്ധ പ്രേരണ, പ്രകാശിത ഊർജത്തിന്റെ വേഗം—നൽകണമേ; ദീർഘകാല ക്ഷേമം നിലനിൽക്കട്ടെ.
