युद्धाय रावणस्य निर्याणं तथा उत्पातदर्शनम्
Ravana’s Mobilization for War and the ظهور of Fatal Portents
ततःप्रजविताश्वेनरथेन स महारथः ।द्वारेणनिर्ययौतेनयत्रतौरामलक्ष्मणौ ।।6.96.32।।
tataḥ prajavitāśvena rathena sa mahārathaḥ |
dvāreṇa niryayau tena yatra tau rāma-lakṣmaṇau ||6.96.32||
പിന്നീട് ആ മഹാരഥൻ അതിവേഗാശ്വങ്ങൾ കെട്ടിയ രഥത്തിൽ, ആ കവാടത്തിലൂടെ പുറപ്പെട്ടു; രാമനും ലക്ഷ്മണനും നിലകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തേക്കു ചെന്നു ॥6.96.32॥
Then from the mighty chariot yoked to exceedingly swift horses, the mighty charioteer made his exit from the entrance and saw Rama and Lakshmana there.
Dharma in war (yuddha-dharma) culminates in direct accountability: the wrongdoer must face the rightful claimant; narrative movement here points toward moral reckoning.
Rāvaṇa exits the city gate in a swift chariot and advances toward Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa.
Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa’s steadfast presence is implied; their resolve to uphold Satya and restore Dharma frames the encounter.
