Sarga 93: Rāvaṇa’s Grief and Fury after Indrajit’s Fall; Move to Slay Vaidehī and Ministerial Restraint
सीतादुःखसमाविष्टाविलपन्तीदमब्रवीत् ।।।।यथायंमामभिक्रुद्धःसमभिद्रवतिस्वयम् ।वधिष्यतिसनाथांमामनाथामिवदुर्मतिः ।।।।
sītā duḥkhasamāviṣṭā vilapantī idam abravīt |
yathāyaṃ mām abhikruddhaḥ samabhidravati svayam |
vadhiṣyati sanāthāṃ māṃ anāthām iva durmatiḥ ||
സീത ദുഃഖത്തിൽ മുങ്ങി കരഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട് പറഞ്ഞു: “നോക്കൂ, ഈ ദുർമതി ക്രോധത്തോടെ സ്വയം തന്നെ എന്റെമേൽ പാഞ്ഞുവരുന്നു; എനിക്ക് രക്ഷകനുണ്ടായിട്ടും, എന്നെ അനാഥയെന്നപോലെ കരുതി കൊല്ലാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നു.”
Thus spoke Sita filled with sorrow crying," This evil minded angry one is coming to me to kill me as though I am an orphan even though I have a protector."
