Transliteration

māyayā mama vatsena vañcanārthaṁ vanaukasām |

kiñcid eva hataṁ tatra sīteyam iti darśitam ||

Translation

വാനരന്മാരെ വഞ്ചിക്കാനായി എന്റെ വത്സൻ മായയാൽ അവിടെ അല്പം വധിക്കപ്പെട്ടതുപോലെ കാണിച്ചു, ‘ഇതാണ് സീത’ എന്നു പ്രദർശിപ്പിച്ചു.
