इन्द्रजित्-हनूमद्-युद्धं तथा निकुम्भिलायां होमः

Indrajit vs Hanuman; Indrajit’s Nikumbhila rite

ततःप्रेक्ष्यहनूमन्तंव्रजन्तंयत्रराघवः ।।।।स होतुकामोदुष्टात्मागतश्चैत्यंनिकुम्भिलाम् ।

tataḥ prekṣya hanūmantaṃ vrajantaṃ yatra rāghavaḥ | sa hotukāmo duṣṭātmā gataś caityaṃ nikumbhilām ||

പിന്നീട് രാഘവന്റെ അടുക്കലേക്ക് പോകുന്ന ഹനുമാനെ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ, ഹോമം ചെയ്യുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ച ആ ദുഷ്ടമനസ്സൻ നികുംഭിലയിലെ ചൈത്യസ്ഥാനത്തേക്ക് ചെന്നു.
