इन्द्रजितो मायासीतावधः

Indrajit’s Illusory Sita Episode and Hanuman’s Rebuke

तमेवमुक्त्वारुदतींसीतांमयामयीं च ताम् ।।।।शितधारेणखङ्गेननिजघानेन्द्रजित्स्वयम् ।

tam evam uktvā rudatīṃ sītāṃ māyāmayīṃ ca tām | śitadhāreṇa khaṅgena nijaghāna indrajit svayam ||

ഇപ്രകാരം പറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട് ഇന്ദ്രജിത്ത് സ്വയം ആ കരയുന്ന മായാസീതയെ മൂർച്ചയേറിയ വാളുകൊണ്ട് വെട്ടിവീഴ്ത്തി.
