इन्द्रजितो मायासीतावधः
Indrajit’s Illusory Sita Episode and Hanuman’s Rebuke
धिक्त्वांपापसमाचारंयस्यतेमतिरिदृशी ।नृशंसानार्य दुर्वृत्त क्षुद्र पापपराक्रम ।।।।अनार्यस्येदृशंकर्मघृणातेनास्तिनिर्घृण ।
dhik tvāṃ pāpasamācāraṃ yasya te matir idṛśī | nṛśaṃsānārya durvṛtta kṣudra pāpaparākrama || anāryasyedṛśaṃ karma ghṛṇā te nāsti nirghṛṇa ||
ധിക്കാരം നിനക്കു, പാപാചാരിയേ! നിന്റെ ബുദ്ധി ഇത്തരമൊരു അധമകൃത്യത്തിലേക്ക് എങ്ങനെ തിരിഞ്ഞു? ഹേ ക്രൂരാ, അനാര്യാ, ദുര്വൃത്താ, ക്ഷുദ്രാ—പാപപരാക്രമിയേ! ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള പ്രവൃത്തി അനാര്യനേയ്ക്കു മാത്രമേ യോജിക്കൂ; ഹേ നിർഘൃണാ, നിനക്കു കരുണയില്ല.
