इन्द्रजितो यज्ञानुष्ठानं अन्तर्धानं च

घनान्धकारेतिमिरेशरावर्षमिवाद्भुतम् ।स ववर्षमहाबाहुर्नाराचशरवृष्टिभिः ।।।।
ghanāndhakāre timire śarā-varṣam ivādbhutam | sa vavarṣa mahā-bāhur nārāca-śara-vṛṣṭibhiḥ || 6.80.27 ||
മേഘസദൃശമായ ഘനാന്ധകാരത്തിന്റെ ആ തിമിരത്തിൽ, അത്ഭുതമായ അമ്പുമഴപോലെ മഹാബാഹു നാരാച അമ്പുകളുടെ വർഷം പെയ്തു.
