nikumbhāgraja vīryaṃ te bāṇavegavad adbhutam | sannatiś ca prabhāvaś ca tava vā rāvaṇasya vā ||
ഹേ നികുംഭന്റെ അഗ്രജാ! നിന്റെ വീര്യം—അമ്പുകളുടെ വേഗംപോലെ അത്ഭുതകരം—നിന്റെ വിനയംയും നിന്റെ പ്രഭാവവും; ഇവ നിനക്കോ രാവണനോ ഉള്ളതുപോലെ തന്നെ വിസ്മയകരമാണ്.
