शरबन्धनविलापः

The Lament under the Net of Arrows

कृतंहनुमताकार्यंयदन्यैर्दुष्करंरणे ।ऋक्षराजेनतुष्यामिगोलाङ्गूलाधिपेनच ।।6.49.25।।

kṛtaṃ hanumatā kāryaṃ yad anyair duṣkaraṃ raṇe |

ṛkṣarājena tuṣyāmi golāṅgūlādhipena ca ||6.49.25||

ഹനുമാൻ യുദ്ധത്തിൽ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് അത്യന്തം ദുഷ്കരമായ കര്‍മ്മം നിർവഹിച്ചു. ഋക്ഷരാജനായ സുഗ്രീവനിലും ഗോളാംഗൂലങ്ങളുടെ അധിപതിയിലും ഞാൻ പ്രസന്നനാകുന്നു.
