अत्रसामृगशावाक्षीमत्कृतेजनकात्मजा ।पीड्यतेशोकसन्तप्ताकृशास्थण्डिलशायिनी ।।।।

Transliteration

atra sā mṛgaśāvākṣī matkṛte janakātmajā |

pīḍyate śoka-santaptā kṛśā sthaṇḍila-śāyinī ||

Translation

ഇവിടെ എന്റെ കാരണത്താൽ മൃഗശാവാക്ഷിയായ ജനകാത്മജ സീത ദുഃഖത്തിൽ ദഗ്ധയായി പീഡിതയാകുന്നു; ക്ഷീണിച്ച് നിർവസ്ത്ര ഭൂമിയിൽ ശയിക്കുന്നു.
