Sītā’s Lament over the Illusory Head and Bow
अर्चितंसततंयत्तद्गन्धमाल्यैर्मयातव ।इदंतेमप्रतियंवीरधनुःकाञ्चानभूषणम् ।।6.32.17।।
arcitaṃ satataṃ yat tad gandhamālyair mayā tava | idaṃ te mapratiyaṃ vīra dhanuḥ kāñcanabhūṣaṇam || 6.32.17 ||
ഹേ വീരാ! സ്വർണാഭരണങ്ങളാൽ അലങ്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ട നിന്റെ ഈ ധനുസ്സ്—നാം ഇരുവരും സുഗന്ധവും പുഷ്പമാലകളും കൊണ്ട് ഭക്തിപൂർവ്വം നിത്യവും അർച്ചിച്ചിരുന്നതു—ഇപ്പോൾ ഇവിടെ കിടക്കുന്നു.
