अहमप्यद्यतेदद्मिवरंशस्त्रभृतांवर ।अर्घ्यंप्रतिगृहाणेदमयोध्यांश्वोगमिष्यसि ।।6.127.17।।

Transliteration

aham apy adya te dadmi varaṃ śastrabhṛtāṃ vara |

arghyaṃ pratigṛhāṇedam ayodhyāṃ śvo gamiṣyasi ||6.127.17||

Translation

ശസ്ത്രധാരികളിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠനേ, ഞാനും ഇന്ന് നിനക്കൊരു വരം നൽകുന്നു. ഈ അർഘ്യം സ്വീകരിക്ക; നാളെ നീ അയോധ്യയിലേക്കു പോകും.
