The Intensification of the Rama–Ravana Duel
उभौहियेनव्रजतस्तेनतेनशरोर्मयः ।ऊर्मयोवायुनाविद्धा जग्मुः सागरयोरिव ।।6.100.33।।
ubhau hi yena vrajatas tena tena śarormayaḥ | ūrmayo vāyunā viddhā jagmuḥ sāgarayor iva ||6.100.33||
അവർ ഇരുവരും ഏതു ദിക്കിലേക്കു നീങ്ങിയാലും, അതേ ദിക്കിലേക്കു തന്നെ അമ്പുകളുടെ ഉർമികൾ പൊങ്ങി പാഞ്ഞു; കാറ്റാൽ തള്ളപ്പെടുന്ന രണ്ടു സമുദ്രങ്ങളിലെ തരംഗങ്ങൾപോലെ.
