लङ्कादाहः — The Burning of Lanka

Catuḥpañcāśaḥ Sargaḥ

यो ह्ययं मम लाङ्गूले दीप्यते हव्यवाहनः।अस्य सन्तर्पणं न्याय्यं कर्तुमेभिर्गृहोत्तमैः।।।।

yo hy ayaṃ mama lāṅgūle dīpyate havyavāhanaḥ | asya santarpaṇaṃ nyāyyaṃ kartum ebhir gṛhottamaiḥ ||

“എന്റെ വാലിൽ ഹവ്യവാഹനമായ അഗ്നി ജ്വലിക്കുന്നതിനാൽ, ഈ ഉത്തമ ഗൃഹങ്ങളാൽ അതിനെ തൃപ്തിപ്പെടുത്തുക യുക്തമാണ്.”
