विमुक्तश्चाभवछ्रचीमान् पुनः पर्वतसन्निभः।।5.53.42।।वीक्षमाणश्च ददृशे परिघं तोरणाश्रितम्।
vimuktaś cābhavac chrīmān punaḥ parvata-sannibhaḥ || 5.53.42 ||
vīkṣamāṇaś ca dadṛśe parighaṁ toraṇāśritam |
ബന്ധനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് വിമുക്തനായ ആ തേജസ്വി വീണ്ടും പർവ്വതസമാനനായി; ചുറ്റും നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ ദ്വാരതോരണത്തിനരികെ കിടന്നിരുന്ന ഭാരമേറിയ പരിഘം (ഇരുമ്പുദണ്ഡം) അവൻ കണ്ടു.
Illustrious Hanuman was relieved of the bond and once again grew to a mountain size. Looking around he saw an iron club near the archway.
Righteous struggle requires practical wisdom: Hanumān uses available means to oppose adharma, showing that dharma is not passive but intelligently defended.
After freeing himself, Hanumān enlarges again and spots a weapon (parigha) near the gate’s arch.
Practical intelligence and readiness—he surveys the environment and chooses an effective tool for protection and action.
