लाङ्गूलदाह-पर्यटनम्

कामं खलु न मे शक्ता निबद्धस्यापि राक्षसाः।।5.53.11।।छित्त्वा पाशान् समुत्पत्य हन्यामहमिमान्पुनः।

kāmaṁ khalu na me śaktā nibaddhasyāpi rākṣasāḥ | chittvā pāśān samutpatya hanyām aham imān punaḥ ||5.53.11||

സത്യമായും, ഞാൻ ബന്ധിതനായിരുന്നാലും ഈ രാക്ഷസർ എന്നെ പിടിച്ചുനിർത്താൻ കഴിവുള്ളവർ അല്ല; ബന്ധങ്ങൾ മുറിച്ച് ചാടി ഉയർന്ന്, ഇവരെ വീണ്ടും സംഹരിക്കാമല്ലോ.
