निहताः किङ्करास्सर्वे जम्बुमाली च राक्षसः।अमात्यपुत्रा वीराश्च पञ्च सेनाग्रयायिनः।।।।बलानि सुसमृद्धानि साश्वनागरथानि च।
nihatāḥ kiṅkarās sarve jambumālī ca rākṣasaḥ | amātyaputrā vīrāś ca pañca senāgrayāyinaḥ || balāni susamṛddhāni sāśva-nāga-rathāni ca |
“കിങ്കരന്മാർ എല്ലാവരും നിഹതരായി; രാക്ഷസൻ ജംബുമാലിയും സംഹരിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. അമാത്യപുത്രന്മാരായ വീരന്മാരും സേനയുടെ അഞ്ചു അഗ്രനായകരും വീണു. കുതിര, ഗജ, രഥങ്ങളോടെ സുസജ്ജമായ സമൃദ്ധ സൈന്യബലങ്ങളും നശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.”
