इन्द्रजित्प्रेषणम्—ब्रह्मास्त्रबन्धः, हनूमद्ग्रहणं, रावणसभाप्रवेशः

तत स्स्वायम्बुवैर्मन्त्रैर्ब्रह्मास्त्रमभिमन्त्रितम्।हनुमांश्चिन्तयामास वरदानं पितामहात्।।।।

tatas svāyambhuvair mantrair brahmāstram abhimantritam |

hanumāṃś cintayāmāsa varadānaṃ pitāmahāt ||

അപ്പോൾ ഹനുമാൻ സ്വയംഭൂ ബ്രഹ്മാവിന്റെ മന്ത്രങ്ങളാൽ ബ്രഹ്മാസ്ത്രം അഭിമന്ത്രിതമായിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു ചിന്തിച്ചു; പിതാമഹൻ നൽകിയ വരവും അവൻ സ്മരിച്ചു.
