अभिज्ञानप्रदानम्

The Token of Recognition (Chūḍāmaṇi) and the Crow Episode Recalled

ततो वस्त्रगतं मुक्त्वा दिव्यं चूडामणिं शुभम्।प्रदेयो राघवायेति सीता हनुमते ददौ।।5.38.69।।

tato vastra-gataṃ muktvā divyaṃ cūḍāmaṇiṃ śubham |

pradeyo rāghavāyeti sītā hanumate dadau ||5.38.69||

അപ്പോൾ സീത തന്റെ വസ്ത്രത്തിൽ കെട്ടിയിരുന്ന ശുഭവും ദിവ്യവുമായ ചൂഡാമണി അഴിച്ചു എടുത്ത് ഹനുമാനെ നൽകി: “ഇത് രാഘവൻ (ശ്രീരാമൻ)ക്ക് ഏല്പിക്കണം” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
