रामलक्षणवर्णनम्

हनुमन्तं कपिं व्यक्तं मन्यते नान्यथेति सा।अथोवाच हनूमांस्तामुत्तरं प्रियदर्शनाम्।।।।

hanumantaṃ kapiṃ vyaktaṃ manyate nānyatheti sā | athovāca hanūmāṃs tām uttaraṃ priyadarśanām ||

അവൾ ആ കപിയെ വ്യക്തമായി തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞു—അവൻ മറ്റാരുമല്ല, ഹനുമാൻ തന്നെയെന്ന്. തുടർന്ന് ഹനുമാൻ ആ പ്രിയദർശിനിയായ ദേവിയോട് വീണ്ടും മറുപടി പറഞ്ഞു.
