माल्यवान्नाम वैदेहि गिरीणामुत्तमो गिरिः।ततो गच्छति गोकर्णं पर्वतं केसरी हरिः।।।।

mālyavān nāma vaidehi girīṇām uttamo giriḥ | tato gacchati gokarṇaṃ parvataṃ kesarī hariḥ ||

ഹേ വൈദേഹി, മാല്യവാൻ എന്ന പേരിലുള്ള പ്രസിദ്ധമായ ഒരു പർവ്വതമുണ്ട്; അത് പർവ്വതങ്ങളിൽ ശ്രേഷ്ഠം. അവിടെ നിന്ന് വാനരൻ കേസരി ഗോകർണ്ണപർവ്വതത്തിലേക്ക് പോയി.
