ततस्त्वद्गात्रशोभीनि रक्षसा ह्रियमाणया।यान्याभरणजालानि पातितानि महीतले।।5.35.37।।तानि सर्वाणि रामाय आनीय हरियूथपाः।संहृष्टा दर्शयामासुर्गतिं तु न विदुस्तव।।5.35.38।।
tatastvadgātraśobhīni rakṣasā hriyamāṇayā | yānyābharaṇajālāni pātitāni mahītale || tāni sarvāṇi rāmāya ānīya hariyūthapāḥ | saṃhṛṣṭā darśayāmāsur gatiṃ tu na vidus tava ||
അപ്പോൾ രാക്ഷസൻ നിന്നെ അപഹരിച്ച് കൊണ്ടുപോകുമ്പോൾ, നിന്റെ അവയവങ്ങളെ ശോഭിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്ന അനേകം ആഭരണങ്ങൾ ഭൂമിയിൽ വീണു. വാനരസേനയുടെ യൂഥപതികൾ അവയെല്ലാം ശേഖരിച്ച് സന്തോഷത്തോടെ രാമനോട് കൊണ്ടുവന്ന് കാണിച്ചു; എന്നാൽ നിന്റെ വാസസ്ഥാനം അവർ അറിഞ്ഞില്ല.
