समुद्रलङ्घनारम्भः

Commencement of the Ocean-Crossing

त्वरते कार्यकालो मे अहश्चाप्यतिवर्तते।प्रतिज्ञा च मया दत्ता न स्थातव्यमिहान्तरे।।।।

pratijñā ca mayā dattā na sthātavyam ihāntare ||

എന്റെ കര്‍ത്തവ്യത്തിനുള്ള സമയം അടുപ്പിക്കുന്നു, ദിനവും കടന്നുപോകുന്നു; ഞാൻ പ്രതിജ്ഞ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നു—അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇടയിൽ ഇവിടെ നിൽക്കരുത്.
