सीताया धर्मोपदेशः—शस्त्रसंयोगदोषकथा

Sita’s Counsel on Dharma and the Peril of Weapon-Association

ततस्त्वां प्रस्थितं दृष्ट्वा मम चिन्ताकुलं मनः।।3.9.12।।त्वद्वृत्तं चिन्तयन्त्या वै भवेन्निश्श्रेयसं हितम्।

tatas tvāṃ prasthitaṃ dṛṣṭvā mama cintākulaṃ manaḥ ||3.9.12||

tvadvṛttaṃ cintayantyā vai bhaven niḥśreyasaṃ hitam |

അപ്പോൾ നീ പുറപ്പെടുന്നതു കണ്ടപ്പോൾ എന്റെ മനസ്സ് ആശങ്കകൊണ്ട് വ്യാകുലമാകുന്നു; നിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തിപഥം ചിന്തിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ നിന്റെ പരമഹിതമായ നിശ്ശ്രേയസ്സിനെയാണ് അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നത്.
