Unspecified (contextual narrator/instructor within Svargakhaṇḍa etiquette/dharma discourse)
Primary Rasa: shanta
Sandhi Resolution Notes:
It advises identifying oneself (“It is I”), standing up, and offering respectful salutation.
The verse treats initiation as conferring a special religious dignity; therefore, direct name-address is discouraged as a matter of reverence and decorum.
It emphasizes humility and respectful speech—honoring spiritual status even over ordinary social factors like age.
